Sent on: Wednesday, April 25, 2012 9:32 AM

We are participating in the Autism Speaks walk with my workers (Resident Einsteins) if you would like to join us or contribute, please follow this link.

Contributing is a little tricky to find - look at the top of the team page - you will see a blue tab that says "General Team Donation".

Thanks and hope you can join us!

More information from an email I received:

Dear Carole,

We are less than a week away from our Walk Day and the weather report are looking great and we are looking forward to seeing all our walkers and families so soon. Congratulations to you Autism Speaks Wisconsinites, as your wrap around events, community advocacy and fundraising efforts are really paying off; we heard you LOUD AND PROUD this year and we want to say Congratulations to a job Well Done!

This EBlast contains a majority of our Walk Logistics, our Resource Fair Listing and a Thank you to our Sponsors! Enjoying reading and gathering all the information necessary to make your Walk Day Great. As always, if you need any support, have any questions, etc. please reach out to us at one of the following; [address removed] or
[masked]-1452. Have a GREAT Day!

Mascots and Cheer Teams will be on hand to take pictures and dance with all those who would like!
Team Photos, a stroll through our Resource Fair and FUN are recommended at this time!
Opening Ceremonies begin at 11:00am, with a flag presentation
by Easter Seals of SE Wisconsin Color Guard and the singer of
our National Anthem by Natalie Prom, from Team Eric!
Our walk around the Milwaukee Mile will take place directly following the ceremonies.
After the Walk, we will have more entertainment by Sophia’s Heart, host our Grand Club Member Drawing (for many local prizes including some Bucks, Danny Gokey, Autism Merchandise and many more goodies), and experience a free, phenomenal lunch from Gooseberries; Fresh Food Market!
Say Good Bye to Family and Friends; Event ends at 1pm
