What are you most interested in learning in this workshop?

I would like to work on being more brave in the kitchen and seeing how a restaurant quality meal is made.

Often times doing a hands on cooking workshop with individual cooking stations is quite costly. However would you be interested in these types of workshops (more hands on) even if they were a bit more expensive?

Yes, to an extent. I am an academic scientist, they don't pay very well :-)
