Beads--Two Part Epoxy

I want to try working with some two-part expoy. This is the clay like substance that you combine and put into a bezel or form any shape you want. After that you can add rhinestone chatons or other small beads. I have just purchased some and will be working with it this weekend.

Items needed for this project are;

Two-Part Epoxy (NOT RESIN) This product can be purchased online from most beading suppliers. I got mine from www.jewlerysupply.com (a local source out of Roseville). Its called DeCoRe and comes in several colors. There are many different brands you can purchase.

A bezel of some sort (ring, bracelet, earring)

Rhinestone Chatons or other small beads

You might also want some fine glitter or mica powder as well but its not necessary.

A wax stick to pick up the Rhinestones with (again you can purchase from most bead suppliers or make your own using a toothpick or skewer and some wax)

Depending on which expoy you get you might need some thin gloves to wear.

Please watch some YouTube videos or instruction videos on your beading sights to get an idea how this will work.

If I come across any other supplies I will update the posting.

As always there is a $3.00 charge for the meeting that goes to pay for the meetup site.
