Learn some new techniques like making flavored simple syrups, working with gelatin and using berries in savory dishes. Personal Chef, Diana Smith, will demonstrate how to make blackberry basil lemonade, mixed berry scones, and a salad with blackberries, goat cheese and nuts. For dinner, sample chicken breasts glazed with blackberries and thyme and an italian dessert, Panna Cotta with berry caramel sauce.
