What are you writing?

Books --One on addiction, relapse, and recovery (expertise based), plus second as novel. Just completed a book review of Jenny Svanberg's new book, Alcohol and the Adult Brain, for Applied Neuropsychology (journal). Currently working on two novels. Also, at Eckerd College's OLLI Program, I will be teaching a history course "The Road to Vietnam [masked])." We (the class and I) will be looking for answers to "How did we get into the most divisive war since our own Civil War?" Meets on Friday mornings at 10, on main campus, during October and November. Check it out--you might find it interesting.

How many hours weekly do you write or would like to write?

About 30 to 40.

What are you hoping to get out of this group?

Friends, contacts, reviewers, advice. Thanks to Ian for a skilled review of one book that led to a complete rewrite under new title.

Frank Tims Affiliate professor at USF and currently doing scientific book on addiction. Also writing fiction. Living two lives in retirement.
