This meditation group meets weekly on Sundays 5-6:15 p.m. (donation only) and is good for beginners as well as experienced meditators. Please arrive a little early so we can start right at 5:00. Doors will open by 4:45.
Being guided will help you relax and let go. It's a nice community of people in a lovely setting in a healing space. Kriya meditation is based on the teachings of Yogananda. It is a guided meditation meant to bring about a felt sense of divine love into your body, heart and mind. After the guided portion we spend time in silence. Then questions or sharing.
