By Request - Selling Agile to your Executive Management

This topic has several parts:

1. Selling the benefits of Agile methodologies to Executives. (doing Agile)

IF your group isn't practicing Agile yet, or not properly, how can you make a case for adopting Agile, or getting our people properly trained.  Especially if you have skeptical executives.

2. Selling benefits of adjusting internal culture to support Agile methodologies. (being Agile)

Your team is agile, but executive management you interface with is still wanting plan-based artifacts, deadlines, budgets, etc.  Oh, what to do..?

3. Advanced techniques to magnify an existing Agile environment so that your whole organization is maximizing ROI and lowering the total cost of ownership.

Your group is Agile.  You want to maximize the investment.  What else can you do?  How far can Agile stretch throughout the company?

Good discussion about combining scrum and agile methods including points about:
    - Lowering the total cost of ownership
    - Non-Roll Through Put Yield

    - How to get executives to try agile/scrum.
    - Etc.

I liked the analogies to cars, trampoline jumping, etc.
