Happiness Social

The Happiness Social is like a box of chocolate. You guessed it - you never know what you're going to get. Two things you can count on: you'll meet people who are actively looking for new friends and are interested in becoming Happier.

If you haven't been to a Happiness Social before - fear not! We are very good at helping new people to feel welcome and very included. You may walk in feeling like a stranger but when you walk out, you'll feel like you've found a place where you belong - and belonging is VERY important. There is no one key to Happiness, but if there were, it would be social support and that's what the Happiness Social is all about.

Join us for the fun, to meet new people and learn something new about Happiness.

It was really fun interacting with everyone. Thanks Frank. Wish this was every week. Guess I gotta wait for another month. .

Another amazing fun Happiness Social! I was again impressed with Frank's exercise and how previously complete strangers had so much in common and were like-minded in our thought process during the exercise. And as always, we created new friendships and left HAPPY! Thank you, Frank!

This meetup was amazing! I expected it to be much more of a "therapy" environment, with a group of people who all needed support and love coming together to lean on each other. (That's what I needed, so that's probably why I assumed that)

Ultimately, that's probably exactly what it is. However, it doesn't come across that way. This event was seriously SO much fun, and even though the people were all very different, it felt like a group of old friends playing a party game. The group was split about 50/50 between new visitors and repeat offenders. This made the dynamic a lot more comfortable, as the people who had been there before were helpful in illustrating what the group is about. Frank, thanks so much for taking time out of your life for this group. I'll definitely be back next month, and I'm excited to join the next Happiness 101 group as well.

Welcome, Steve. I pride myself on each Happiness Social but two goals I have for each Social is that everyone enjoy themselves and that they have a chance to meet potential friends. 'Look forward to meeting you :)

Hey Steve I joined some time ago, but haven't been at a meeting because I had an injury. Tomorrow I will venture the first time. I followed the website and I think no one expects anything. It seems a fun get together. cheers
