The knowledge that I am doing my part and whatever I can to educate the community on sustainable living and personal food solutions.
The expertise and successful business model of THE largest Aquaponics Meetup in the Country - The Texas Aquaponic and TransFarming Group based in Austin.
With the economy getting worse, I believe it is everyone's personal responsibility to know how to sustain themselves and their family. Yes and Yes.
Yes, I have a small aquaponic system, a wicking bed and a SIP (sub-irrigated planter) container. I am very limited because I live in an apartment.
I moved from Dallas after researching Aquaponics for 2 years. There were NO groups from which I could learn, so I started this group so I can learn from you and everyone else who is willing to share their knowledge with the group. Is that you? Let's talk...
Hopefully as the organizer of this group can learn to grow in our knowledge and skillset of various methods of sustainable living.
Great group of people who want to share what they know, learn what they don't and spread the word about Aquaponics and TransFarming to as many people as they can. People with no knowledge of Aquaponics, gardening, plants, bees, worms, permaculture, etc., and experts, all culminating to make a great group.
