As a nurse working with the elderly residing at home and in nursing homes, I realize the great stress for those caring for the elderly who have many needs. This group is to share experiences, feelings and thoughts to help support each other and relieve stress. Caregivers and family members caring for elderly people either at home or in nursing homes should join this group to prevent burnout and enhance your caregiving.

"I specialize in Jin Shin Acutouch, a form of energywork. It is great for seniors and those in Hospice care. I work with meridians and take pulses, like an acupuncturist, but instead of needles I use my hands which adds a dimension of nurturing."

"As a nurse and owner of a care management business for elderly clients, I can attest to the key role caregivers play in promoting successful aging for our clients. Caregiving is stressful and caregivers need support in order to provide loving care."
