I do spin classes at least 2x's/wk and try to ride at least 1/wk, maybe 2x's.

My passion is fitness and being outdoors which is why I love to ride.
A wonderful group of people to ride with - very friendly. The coach, Ginger, is patient and works with you at whatever level your at. If your desiring to complete a 1/2 or full century, Ginger will prepare you to do it successfully through her knowledge of nutrition and strength/endurance training rides.
