Welcome Moms!

If, like us, you have children who have left the toddler and preschool years behind and are transitioning through the elementary school years, then this may be the group for you!  We would like to connect with moms of elementary school kids who are going through the same stage of parenting we are for friendship and support - both for ourselves and our kids.

In order to grow our group slowly and carefully for friendship, fun and familiarity to develop, we are currently limiting the size of this group to 20 active members.  Our activities are centered from Santee to Kearny Mesa to Mira Mesa.  We welcome all moms who can make it to these events. 

Activities we have had in the past are board games, bowling, park play dates, potlucks, and so on.  Our members take an active role to adding activities to the calendar if it suits them.

To be approved as a member, you must complete your profile and post a picture of yourself or your family with you included.   If you do not have a picture, or your profile is not complete, you will not be approved. 

We are looking for active members who want to be part of a community of moms with school-aged children.  To be considered active as a new member, you must attend a meet-up within your first 30 days of joining. 

The goal of this group is to provide a forum for supportive, friendly and respectful fun among moms and among their school-age kids.  This group is for those looking to connect and get to know other moms with school-age kids and to provide a way for their school-age kids to get to know and interact with their peers around San Diego. 

Prospective members, please realize we ask our members to participate in activities no less than once every two months.  This helps keep our group active and our members and kids familiar with each other which makes for more fun and good times for everyone. 

We also ask all to be considerate and respectful between members and their kids as well as the property of our members.  So far we've had no problems there!  We want this to be a group our moms and kids really enjoy.
