The Power of Nordic Walking

I will show anyone interested in Nordic Walking the basics that will help you add power to your walk. You will burn more calories and add upper body strength. If you need stability you will discover this to be a great tool.

This course will be the start of my Fall exercise program.
I will learn from each person what they would like to get out of pole walking and help you meet your goals.
