Introduction
Met up with Jeff at Lake Murray this past Saturday morning. The rain stopped as we arrived and didn't start again until we left...2 hrs of great nordic wallkin' and talkin'...what a work out! Excellent replacement for my old race walkin and joggin.

Great walks around Lake Murray, along the trails of the Presidio or at Bay Park, good folks around you sharing the walking experience! Toning up the muscles, lossening the joints, loosing those extra pounds that always seem to creep up on us. Those that do not come join us miss out on a very enjoyable walk. You all need to come on down!
