With Shamanic Qigong we work with the elements and helping energies to develop our intuition and create healthy energy patterns, balancing our body, mind and spirit. Classes are taught within a backyard yurt where we breathe fresh air and sink our feet into the ground.
Sessions involve a slow and graceful movement form, Taoist stretch, acupressure and aromatherapy treatment, guided meditation, and Nine-Breath Healing circle lasting around 90 minutes in length.
First classes are offered FREE! This practice will make you a Qi-lover immediately as it is a fun way to improve health.
A ten dollar suggested donation is appreciated for continued instruction.
Qigong is offered Wednesday nights at 7:00 pm and Saturday afternoons in conjunction with the Raw Food Pow-wows meet-up group. I am available to teach classes for other meet-up groups, in conjunct with other activities like walking, meditation, art therapy, etc. Please contact me to arrange special events.
