This was a super cool event. About 100 people in the audience with a Q&A with four of the writers afterwards. Was interesting to find out how long of time the films took as well as finding out the evolving role of kickstarter for some of the films.

Kevin Avery's short film "Thug: The Musical" is so great and Margaret Cho rocks! Sammy Wegent does a great job of writing and acting in his film... who knew that the key to aggression management is having a sidewalk sale. "Successful Alcholics" is really dark and a really insightful look at a serious problem. And.. it was great to see Robert Hawkins supporting local comedy with his cameos in "Lucifer's Crewcut". And "Interview Date" totally paid off on the premise.
