Olivia will be posing this day.

It's a weekly 3 hour figure drawing session, uninstructed, with a unclothed male or female model in a comfortable art gallery setting in Santa Monica. It's great for artists that want to keep their hand fresh and for people that would like to develop their skills in a relaxed no pressure, yet focused atmosphere.

We start with short poses, two to five minutes, and progress to longer poses, ending with 11/2 hour pose.

You will need to bring:
Newsprint for quick sketches;
Some good paper for longer poses, such as Rives BFK (about $3 a sheet, great stuff);
Soft graphite pencils 6B's, or soft charcoal pencils 6B's, and conte for the quick sketches.
Kneaded erasers are great.
An easel (if you want to stand);
And a drawing board or a cardboard portfolio (which also holds the paper.)

The gallery will have several chairs and stools.
