welcoming longboard skateboarders from Venice to the Valley

Our group strives to celebrate the simple joy of longboarding, by rekindling the spirit born during the pioneering era of skateboarding, when riding was about friends and sunshine and laughter and carving tube-rides under palm trees. We seek to help longboarders discover fellow girls and boys of all ages who love to skateboard and have boatloads of fun in the process.

Any skateboarders who share the stoke of riding are welcome - longboarders on store-bought decks, longboarders who build custom boards, pintail beach carvers, downhill racers, pool sharks, slalom riders, landpaddlers, and skoggers. All levels of ability are encouraged to participate - from the noob grommet who can barely stand on their board, to the seasoned hardcore skateboarder with decades of experience. Come with your pals or by yourself and meet new friends. Bring the family and your kids for a friendly day at the beach! Teach your girlfriend or boyfriend to skateboard in a supportive atmosphere. Be jazzed to ride, psyched to partake in good times and smiles, and we'd love to have you tag along!
