I think the Galloway run/walk method is the most effective to avoid energy and to improve time.

Fun and to feel good in my body


Hello, I am a former marathoner (two la, one san diego and chicago). I did a few sprint triathlons and now I am just "play out" for fun. I jog, swim, bike, roller blade, hike anything to engage my body. I teach Salsa Yoga and Meditation on the Beach.
