Hi again! I want to recommend a book that will cover most of the ideas for recipes that you were inquiring about. I give out recipes at the potlucks and will prepare something for the next one on Sunday April 21. In the meantime, check out Raw Food for Dummies by the folks at Living Light in Ft. Bragg. I have learned so much from them over the years. Look under Breakfasts, Soups and Desserts. Good Luck and see you in April!

Hi there. Thanks for your message asking about recipes. I have dozens of raw food books and subscribe to several sites that post recipes. Of course I have some of my own that I use and teach. I'm not sure what form you want them in. Also, I prepare recipes for people as part of my business if you want to go that way. Where do you want to start?

Hi there! Thanks for joining our group. We had our first potluck last night and it was a great success. There were people who have been raw for almost 20 years and there were complete newbies. So this is a good place to get your feet wet. The food and company was great. Hope you can make it to our next potluck in February. Let me know if I can answer any other questions.
