The second Sunday of every month is the regular meeting of the Seattle Tarot & Qabalah Study Group, sponsored by Seattle Pronaos No. 9 of the Builders of the Adytum. For over a decade, we have been meeting together to discuss the profundities of Sacred Tarot and the Holy Qabalah, and we would be delighted to have you join with us.
Seattle Pronaos No. 9 is located at the Queen Anne Masonic Hall, on 1608 4th Avenue West, Seattle WA 98119. Study Group meets here every second Sunday of the month, from 10:30 AM ~ 12:30 PM. Please come and enjoy the invigorating discussions, reflections and insights.
All BOTA study groups are free of charge and open to the public, so don’t hesitate to invite your friends.
Except for an interest in Tarot, no preparation on your part is required to participate. So, bring your beginner’s mind, and let’s have fun! Our current course of study is "The Doubles: Introduction to the Seven Double Letters." The course looks at the seven Hebrew double letters, the Tarot keys assigned to the letters, the dual concepts assigned to each letter and other related concepts. Materials will be provided at these sessions.
Builders of the Adytum (B.O.T.A.) is a non-profit Teaching and Training Order for those interested in the Western Mystery traditions of Qabalah, Sacred Tarot, Spiritual Alchemy and Esoteric Astrology (see http://www.bota.org). It does not accept individuals under 21 for study of the B.O.T.A. coursework, or for meditation on Tarot Keys. Given the nature of a study group, this same policy applies: a B.O.T.A. Study Group is open to everyone over 21 years old. People of all ages are welcome to attend B.O.T.A. Qabalistic Services, Vibratory Attunements, Christmas Rituals and the Easter Rituals.
B.O.T.A. members who have completed the requisite coursework may request initiation into Seattle Pronaos, and participate in its healing ritual work.
Our current course of study is The Doubles: Introduction to the Seven Hebrew Double Letters. The course looks at the seven double letters, the Tarot keys assigned to these letters, the dual meanings assigned to each letter and other related concepts.
