I'm not sure how it is that you believe that you have fulfilled your end of the transaction by sending me copyright infringed materials. Nowhere in the etsy listing did it ever say that I was receiving anything but Original Lutterloh materials. I have a copy of the listing that notes that and have sent it to you via Facebook." Expecting cashier's check or USPS money order for $153.50, or the ORIGINAL materials that I paid for, or I will be following up with the USPS within the next 14 days.

Email fraud claim has been filed for my etsy purchase, dated 11/30/08, for which I never received merchandise. I have spoken to you and emailed you and told you to send the merchandise to my home, this hasn't been done. You will be hearing from the USPS soon, as I want my money back. There is no excuse for the lack of communication here -- I have responded to the few communiques that I have received, and have multiple times given instructions as to the address and the mailing instructions.
