This group is for anyone with the slightest curiousity about travel to Southern Africa!

I am a FGASA (Field Guide Association of Southern Africa) certified safari guide for five countries in Southern Africa - South Africa, Botswana, Namibia, Zambia and Zimbabwe. I am starting this group as a way to share my enthusiasm about travel in general and in Southern Africa specifically, and to get people interested in and educated about travel to these amazing countries! I look forward to sharing travel stories, hearing other people's experiences, helping to plan trips, etc. In addition, I am guiding a couple trips to Botswana & Zambia in September 2010 and will share those with anyone interested in learning more!

Greetings Everyone!
I just returned from a great Mammal Behavior course in Timbavati, South Africa! I can't wait to share photos and stories - and hope we can talk about options for travel in 2010 as well!
I thought I'd wait until after the holidays to schedule our next meeting just because this time of year is so busy for everyone.
Looking forward to seeing everyone in January!
