Join this group if you are interested in the medicinal or culinary uses of plants in our Pacific Northwest Region. All levels of experience and/or interest are welcome, this is a community to share knowledge and skills with each other.
Members of this group are encouraged to participate in learning by being active in this group - attending field trips, workshops, demonstrations, etc. If the group has a particular interest in a specific topic we will try and expand on it in the upcoming meetups.
Some areas of potential discussion: East and West medicinal plant knowledge, wildcrafting & foraging practices, and the creation of herbal formulas, tonics, elixirs and teas.
The goal of the group is to create a community of diverse knowledge and skills pertaining to Wildcrafting and the medicinal/culinary use of plants in our region.
