See you there.

This month I am showing the movie, "Letting Go" by Hale Dwaskin founder of The Sedona Method. Leslie and I have both studied this course and can attest to its value. Here is a blurb from the website about this technique...

The scientifically validated Sedona Method will enable you to quickly and easily let go of anything holding you back from financial abundance, emotional wellness, improved relationships and radiant health.

It will help you create the life that you choose for yourself NOW. This means you will literally be free to have, be and do whatever you will or desire. This process is backed by a mountain of scientific research, celebrity endorsements and the success of hundreds of thousands of people just like you who have achieved amazing breakthrough results in EVERY area of their lives.

After the movie we will have time for discussion and "hands on" use of this wonderful teaching. I look forward to seeing you soon.

I learned a solid technique and have been thinking about and using it all day. I am curious about one thing. I wonder why Hale, in the Sedona method, chooses the term "Welcome" instead of something like "acknowledge" or "allow." I'm sure it only matters to the person for whatever they feel most comfortable saying. Like I said, I'm just curious :)

This was a delightful surprise. It was the perfect complement to the law of attraction direction of thinking. It was what to do with the negatives rather than running from them or shoving them deeper inside or defending them. The triple welcome, the pen metaphor and the letting go questions address and dis-empower the negative and open one up to then utilize the power of the creative mind in ways that express the highest good. Thank you Oral. I wish I could recognize everyone who was there in the pictures to say "nice to see you" but I can't so, nice to see everyone.

Awesome. I went to the website for the Sedona Method but couldn't really figure out how to just get the audio tape for the shortened version (forget name). I exercises when I got home also. :-)

Thank you Oral for sharing this inspiring movie. We all want peace, joy and love. "Letting Go" reminded me to focus on the things that matter most in my life and not give any attention to negative thoughts or people that drain my spirit. I live my life in color. Have a great week everyone!!!!
    Cheers -
