Welcome to the Signal Hill Hiking Club!! I invite everyone to come join us...... from the newbie to the seasoned pro...BUT...this is NOT a hike for absolute beginners that cannot hike at an intermediate pace!!!

Let's get out and put some miles on the hiking boots that have been collecting dust!! Interested in hiking mid-week after work?? Are you interested using Signal Hill as natures gym?? I have scheduled twice weekly intermediate hike on Tues/Thurs evenings up Signal Hill. This is a great cardio workout with stairs and some STEEP hills to challenge you and shock your system into burning more fat and calories.
