Introduction to Chan Meditation 8-7

"We eat and sleep to sustain our health, maybe exercise to look and feel better, read or study to stimulate the mind. The activity of our life is much like a piece of music. If it's all activity, it's just noise. When we integrate "rests" into the music, it becomes a dynamic beautiful expression.

We offer 8-week Introduction to Chan Meditation on Saturday mornings 10:00am~11:30am, starting from March 8th. The 8 sessions are outlined to establish a good foundation of Heart Chan meditation. It is highly recommended that attendees make good effort to attend each session of the 8 week course.
