Sharp eye and palate for a Singaporean ;) Fully understand cuisine particularly huge focus on balance in flavors; as for wine, don't care if it was a "nice bouquet" or not, as long as it is mysteriously DELICIOUS and AROMATIC! Balance is the key word in all crafts ;P
