Pizza at the Park!!!

We meet at Delfina and pick us up a bunch of their great artisan pizzas, then walk a couple of blocks to Dolores park where we eat them pizzas. Yum! We now have 76 members, most of whom we haven't yet met.
There's a lot of great pizza in SF. Why Delfina? Cause they make a great pizza and are closest to Dolores Park.
Here's a quick and easy way for us to get acquainted.
1. RSVP and pay $18 through PayPal (see below)
2. Bring whatever you want to drink
3. Meet at Delfina on October 24th
4. Could be warm, could be cool...dress in layers
If you can't meet us until a bit later, feel free to find us in the park in the area of 18th and Dolores. We will save you a slice.

Lots of fun. Once again, just meeting up with some guys, munching away and talking is great. Once member complained of the cold pizza - when you are 30 minutes late, you get cold pizza.

Certainly our most humble meetup. Several guys standing around a table placed on a Dolores Park tennis court, in the dark (more or less), munching on lamb sausage, prosciutto, margharita and broccoli rabe pizzas for two hours was pretty cool.

This was my first event and I loved it. We ordered Pizza from Pizzeria Delfina and went to the Tennis Courts at Dolores Park, Set up a table and had wonderful pizza and tasted many varieties of chocolate.

I recall the first time I ate at Delfina. It was within their first six months in business. Not only was their pizzeria years from opening, they had not yet expanded from their original very small dining space. It was a memorable meal. Their grilled calamari with white bean salad was soooo good that I ordered it twice. Of course, this meetup is all about pizza, but it's still a fine memory.
