Welcome, Prevention Advocates!

We are a health-minded social group. Our group is for anybody that is interested in preventing diabetes. Whether you are at risk of developing diabetes or are concerned about a friend or family member, this group will provide you with the resources and support you need.

The Skinny Gene Project is a division of the J. Moss Foundation (non-profit organization) that provides tools, resources, and support to those interested in preventing diabetes.

Specifically, the Skinny Gene Project helps its members by creating social interactions and events that help promote a healthy lifestyle.

Our goal is to improve our member's overall quality of life. We create fun social environments that develop new positive relationships and reinforce a person's decision to live a healthy lifestyle.

Our group will focus on overall wellness and supporting those who are interested in making positive lifestyle changes.

Our calendar will also include events from each of our other Skinny Gene Project Groups, which cover: fitness, nutrition, dining clubs, wellness seminars, and other forms of entertainment.
