TGIF Happy Hour at El Torito Restaurant - Rohnert Park

Hi all.

This week, we're going to try El Torito Restaurant in Rohnert Park. I didn't actually try the food, but it smelled good when I walked in and they have a happy hour menu.

They are suggesting the patio, so look for us there. It's mostly shaded.

They are expecting us and are fine with separate checks.

It's close to the freeway, so I'm hoping people will come from Santa Rosa and places further south (or north).

I drove around RP a bit and see that there are some activities nearby that might be fun. A golf course and bowling alley are around the corner. Mini-golf and games at Scandia (right next door) might be fun, though maybe busy on a Friday night. Something to think about for afterward.

Hope to see you Friday,

Linda.

Sorry, it's late. But is ANYBODY free tomorrow, Friday for ANYTHING? Golf, bicycles, road trip, overnight in Tahoe, walk the GG Bridge, eat oysters...ANYTHING? I find I have the whole day to do SOMETHING. [masked]

How would people feel about meeting at a wine bar in Railroad Square? The catch is, they only serve wine, not beer or martinis. Cellars of Sonoma has appetizers, $5 HH wine, $2 off other drinks and HH appetizers. You can order dinner from nearby resteraunts and thy will bring it over. $1/hr street parking, till 6pm. Any feedback?

El Torito has a patio. They are across from Home Depot, sort of.

The patio at El Torito is small and next to the freeway. I'd rather be inside, but we can play it by ear.

The wine bar on railroad squarw has an upstairs with couches that can be moved around and can hold quite a few people. Mixed nuts had an event there and it was great.

    Hi Linda,
I have been to the happy hour and it's nice. It can get loud. You are able to pull some tables together. The food is good.
