Introduction

Hi, I'm Andy. Got away from distance running the last few years but I'm looking to do the Broad Street Run in May and hopefully the Philly Distance Run next fall.

Are you training for a specific distance?

Specific? No. But looking get back above a 5k as well as work on speed.
