With more than 25 members, the South Windsor Jaycees are able to complete over 60 projects annually with almost 25 of those benefitting the local community in some way. Food drives, holiday contributions and more benefit thousands of people and animals each year while raising significant dollars for various charities locally and nationally.
The South Windsor Jaycees also regularly plan social activities for all to enjoy. Bowling nights, whale watches, International dinners, family picnics and more are conducted every month to give members the chance to interact in a social environment and develop friendships.
Everyone is welcome to stop by and visit us at our monthly membership meetings, second Wednesday of each month at SW Community Center Rm 206, or any of our events to learn more about the South Windsor Jaycees.
This is the perfect opportunity to come out and help plan out the year. We go over budget, current projects, ideas for future projects, and have fun while doing it. Dinner will be provided. If there is a project idea that you've been thinking of, bring it to this meeting with a layout of how much it will cost, supplies needed, etc. Read more
