GENTLE YOGA AND STRETCHING
YOGA can bring a sense of stillness and peace into our otherwise chaotic lives and aid in healing our bodies. For those who suffer from emotional or physical pain as a result of stress or trauma, this practice can assist in dealing with the mixed emotions that sometimes surface as a result of frustration, anger, and chronic pain syndromes. The goal of this gentle approach to yoga is to help participants relax, concentrate, feel comfortable in their body, learn to regulate their emotions, and reduce ruminative thoughts. It is a healing practice of self-inquiry and self-care.

Class is FREE to VETERANS, SERVICE MEMBERS and their families. Class is available to other participants for just $5.
*Bring water, mat and towel. Mats and t-shirts provided to veterans free of charge.
