Yes, it consist of short burst of joy in between nonsense we call life.

I'd think it would be easier to see the real me if I were around people that are trying to see the real them.

I exercise 3 times a week. I walk about 2 miles everyday. I do my absolute best to be present.

Talk about your environmentally friendly practices and how you care for the environment

I always use my local trash can.
