This is an idea Troy sent me, and I thought I'd try it. This isn't a gaming get together, but a meet and greet. We can meet up, have some drinks and food, tell old gamer stories and get to know each other a little better. If it works out I might do one of these a month as well, alternating between gaming and social meetups. Hope to see you all there!

It would feel like I was in backwards land. Maybe during the game the players would keep trying to be serious and get into their characters while the GM desperately tried to get them to quote Monty Python and make dick jokes.
