Business Speed Dating
(formerly Designer/Developer Speed Dating)
Are you a web developer looking for a graphic designer? Got the Business chops but need to connect with someone that knows social media like the back of their hand? Are you a photographer looking to meet a business strategist that can help you get your business off the ground?
Here's the deal; you get 3 minutes to tell your "dating" partner who you are, what you do, what you're passionate about, and what you're looking for. Then, you listen to their story. At the sound of the bell, you move on to your next "date." By the end of the evening, you will have met some of the most fascinating, talented, and creative people in Los Angeles.
The evening will start with some casual mingling, storytelling, and general ice breaking. We'll then break into pairs. We will all have a chance to meet everyone else in the group. This meetup is perfect for graphic designers, web developers, photographers, writers, project managers, social media gurus, animators, illustrators, business consultants, marketers, public relations experts, business developers, angel investors.. you get the idea.
This represents the first meeting that invites members of the Designer/Developer Speed Dating meetup. Members from that meetup will be invited to join The StartUp Toolbox to have access to all the resources and events that this group has to offer and adds another opportunity for all members to network with people who can help them in their businesses.
Beverages, wine and light refreshments will be served.
P.S. This is not a romantic dating meetup :-)
