Introduction
I like doing just about anything outside, from biking, road & mountain, kayacking, canoeing, hiking, disc golf, you name it..
What is the longest distance you have bicycled, hiked or kayaked / canoed in a single day?
Biked, around 75 miles. Hiked around 25 depends on the terrain Kayaked 45, down stream.. Of course accounting for today's inflation rate (as in inflated gut) and current body state you could probably cut each of those figures in 1/2!!
What is your experience level?
Intermediate, no matter how good you think you are, you can always learn something from sombody.
What is your age?
43 I think...

"The red loop is in the process of being re-routed. It will be longer and have MORE hills!!! and it will be about 100% more scenic, rather then riding in some post apocalyptic forest you will be riding in some tight twisty woods!!!..."

"The red loop has been messed up by the Forestry folks putting a Firebreak on top of the trail section that crosses Center trail road, we are working on a solution, possible reroute...."
