Sarasota Folk Festival SCHEDULE

Good morning, Sand Fleas! I have our schedule for the Folk Festival at Oscar Scherer. I am wondering if one of the Saturday morning folks (Bonnie, Brittany or Jennifer; 10 a.m. - 2 p.m. ) could take the afternoon shift on Saturday (2-6) instead. Please let me know asap.

Here is the schedule as it stands now:
Saturday morning (10-2)
Nancy, Bonnie, Brittany, Jennifer
Saturday afternoon (2-6)
Nancy, Susan

Sunday morning (10-2)
Nancy, Mike
Sunday afternoon: (2 - 5:30)
Nancy, Ted and Kathleen

Pick up your wristband at the gate, tell them you are a vendor and with the Suncoast Sand Fleas. Please park in the regular parking area and not the vendor area. You are welcome to stay the whole day beyond your shift times and enjoy the entertainment! Also, there are some amazing jams in the campground on Saturday night, so all the Saturday folks can take advantage of that as well. If you have any questions, PM me or post here. I will have comfy chairs for us and a cooler with ice, you might want to bring whatever nonalcoholic beverages you'd like. And don't forget your uke!

Had a great time strumming, socializing and meeting the public to convert them to our ukulele ways. Many things to Nancy for all of your hard work to get this setup and successful.

We're teaching 2 Batucalele Drummin' n Strummin' workshops at the festival, one at 10am and one at 3pm. Hope some of YOU can join US while you're there! And, we'll definitely drop by the Sand Fleas booth to do some jammin'! Great to be doing some outreach like this, the Folk Fest is a perfect fit. Let's help more people turn on to this happy little instrument.

I doubt that we can make it, but if things change, we will show up! We love this kind of event!

I started the group because there wasn't any other type of group like this. I've met some great folks in the group who have become close friends and have also met some amazing business owners.
