MommyMoves Pre & PostNatal Fitness offers land & aquatic based fitness classes designed to support the physical and emotional wellness of women through their pregnancy and then into the preschool years.
So many women have wanted to stay in touch with their classmates after their babies were born but things happen and that's okay. This group is designed to provide an area where everyone can stay in touch with each other for as long as they want. It's not limited to just women with babies or toddlers. And it's definitely not exclusive to women who have taken a MommyMoves class! Feel free to join in the discussion whenever you feel like it.
I'll be posting class schedules. If you have something that you think will be of interest to the group feel free to let me know and I'll do my best to post it.
