Above fitness. No major injuries.
I am pretty happy with my size and weight but could use some toning around my tummy. No muscle please - more looking to learn some new tricks for working out and be social.
5km would take me 20 mins - I have been at the same level of fitness for like, forever.
Mondays would be best. Lots of social events happen on a Wednesday so I wouldn't be able to come consistently.
25 pushups 2 minutes.
I love being fit and healthy - I run, dance, do aerobics, and yoga but I get bored of just me doing at it by myself. Plus, I just moved to Sydney so I need to make friends as well as keep fit.
