What fitness goals do you have? How much weight would you like to lose? How much muscle would you like to gain?

I am pretty happy with my size and weight but could use some toning around my tummy. No muscle please - more looking to learn some new tricks for working out and be social.

At your peak fitness within the last 5 years, how fast could you complete a 5km jog? How fast do you think you can complete a 5km right now?

5km would take me 20 mins - I have been at the same level of fitness for like, forever.

What is the best weekday evening for you to meet? (currently we meet on Wednesday evenings in the city). What are the earliest & latest bootcamp start times at which you can meet after work in the city? Bootcamp is 1hr. Assume daylight's not an issue

Mondays would be best. Lots of social events happen on a Wednesday so I wouldn't be able to come consistently.

At your peak fitness within the last 5 years, how many press/push ups do you think you could do in a row without stopping? How many do you think you can do now? Try to hold a plank(on forearms/toes) for as long as you can right now? How long can you?

25 pushups 2 minutes.


I love being fit and healthy - I run, dance, do aerobics, and yoga but I get bored of just me doing at it by myself. Plus, I just moved to Sydney so I need to make friends as well as keep fit.
