yes. I tore a meniscus last year but I'm fine now, I just need to be careful with jumps and twists.

What fitness goals do you have? How much weight would you like to lose? How much muscle would you like to gain?

I want to train for the Tough Mudder. I'm hoping your class will be a fun and social supplement to my regular gym classes and workouts.

At your peak fitness within the last 5 years, how fast could you complete a 5km jog? How fast do you think you can complete a 5km right now?

I ran a 10K in November in 1 hour 10 minutes, not trying too hard but not slacking either. I can run a 5K pretty fast, I'm in good cardio shape.

At your peak fitness within the last 5 years, how many press/push ups do you think you could do in a row without stopping? How many do you think you can do now? Try to hold a plank(on forearms/toes) for as long as you can right now? How long can you?

I currently can hold a plank for 1 minute 20 seconds, and I can do 10 push ups, not very well. I have terrible upper body strength.
