At peak, I can complete a 5km jog in 25-30 mins. It'll probably take me 40 mins to complete a 5km now.
What is the best weekday evening for you to meet? (currently we meet on Wednesday evenings in the city). What are the earliest & latest bootcamp start times at which you can meet after work in the city? Bootcamp is 1hr. Assume daylight's not an issue

I can do 10+ push-ups without stopping and hold a plank for a 40 seconds.
