See en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Brotherhood_of_the_Wolf for more information about the movie ...
This is a film about some intellectuals from Paris who arrive in the provinces to sort things out - where a strange animal has been killing townsfolk.
While notionally horror, it has some marvelous twists and turns - as the movie progresses, you feel caught up in the middle of a struggle over the very nature of thought itself - one that will have consequences reaching far out into the future from the year in which the film is set - 1765 - or even - to the current day.
Humanist House is the venue - $3 - $5 charge to cover the venue. We'll meet at 6pm for dinner at the Broadway Lounge, crnr Shepherd St & Broadway - and probably outside of the same for drinks after - but I'll check into nearby bottle shops too.
I'll be posting to other groups - Sydney Futurists, Sydney Shove, Film meetup group etc. as I can get motivated. But feel free to mention it to people in those groups in the meantime.
This is not a "public" event as such - you need to be a member of one of the affiliated groups, or a guest of such a person. So feel free to mention it to people in affiliated groups, or people you're planning to bring along as a guest, but not to the general public.
