The purpose of this group is to share the benefits of living the primal lifestyle with those who have taken the plunge, tried it and can't get enough! I spend a lot of time telling others about primal/paleo and would be great to find others who share the interest. The Tampa Modern Primal Living Group is for anyone who already, or is interested in going primal/paleo, cares about what they put in their bodies and what they get out. It's about know that health isn't in a pill and definitely not in a Snackwell's 100 calorie pack!
