Well, I long wanted to try this myself and finally opportunity came! Beat the 35℃ in the cold waterfall!!!
The temple and waterfall is hidden in a little mountain in Odawara area, western Kanagawa.

We will go to the main temple first and practice proper meditation, in which the monks "kindly" hit your shoulder with a stick when your mind is floating around as supposed to emptying all the thoughts. Have a small lunch on the way to the mountain, change into the white sacred dress which will be provided, walk to the waterfall for 40 min, and try the waterfall training!! (You can wear your swim suits under the sacred dress.)

We will be done by 15:00ish. Since there are many beaches on the way back to Tokyo, we will stop by one of them, maybe Chigasaki or Enoshima. Grab some drinks, catch the sunset and go back to Tokyo!

Place: "JR Shimosoga(下曽我)" on the "JR Gotenba line(JR御殿場線)"

Yooo you very understanding fellas, I'm very sad that we had to cancel this one, but the next one is happening and the monk said he will be very happy to have you next time.
When it rains, small stones are washed away and fall in the waterfall so it's dangerous. Previously some people got hurt by it so he wanted to avoid it. Anyway, fingers crossed for the next one!

    Have a wonderful day!!! Hanae

    Hello Hanae-san,

I am interested in this, thanks for organizing it!! But i have a question, would we have to purchase the train ticket separately by ourselves? since the price you listed says it only includes the training and meditation...

At your convenience, please let me know.
    Thanks,
    Gaby

I started the group because there wasn't any other type of group like this. I've met some great folks in the group who have become close friends and have also met some amazing business owners.
