Want to feel like a goddess while you exercise? This class is great for celebrating your curves as you dance yourself into shape!
This will be a beginners class in Yoyogi Park. If you have never studied belly dance or you have taken just a few classes then this is the perfect place to start. If you are an intermediate or advanced dancer, this class can also help you review the baiscs. You will learn basic posture, arm movements, chest movements, and hip movements. I use various combos to help practice the new moves we learn each week.
I'll provide easy to follow breakdowns that allow you to feel sexy as you access the excitment of Belly Dance, challenging drills that allow you to get a great workout as you dance, and personal attention from me, Tatiana Nana.
Workout clothes: something comfortable and fitted
Water and a towel
Yoga or picnic mat of some kind
You can dance with or without shoes. I usually dance without.
Cost: 2,500 yen - for a 1 hour belly dance class
I will meet students at the Harajuku Entrance to Yoyogi Park @ 10:15am.
I also have a coin hip scarves for sale if you would like one to practice in during class. (1,000yen) Contact me before the day of the class.
