It was wonderful meeting you, Jeff and the others at the Richtree Brunch on Saturday (21st). I would like to know how many people would be interested in having an ongoing discussion group analyzing the traditional strengths of Germany and how we in Canada could learn from the "German way' of providing high quality Customer Service. I feel that we in Canada are now more interested in producing low quality, high profit products, resulting in widespread Consumer dissatisfaction.
