Definitely a philosophy I try and subscribe to... (and I received an email notifying me that there was a greeting, and assumed you deleted it before I had a chance to read it). I just didn't recognize the type of creature I was dealing with initially... I've actually been able to train some ignorant trolls in my day but this one seems quite stubborn. I've removed my "food".
