Ditch the gym this fall and hit the streets of TO!

IHI presents Fit Streets!

Fit Streets will meet at IHI each Monday evening at 6:00pm this fall.

Fit Streets is a running-inspired bootcamp using the city as our playground. Grab your friends and amp up your mundane fitness regime. We will be running approximately 4-6km in total with breaks along the way to dish out fun exercises like burpees, squats, and mountain climbers.

Fit Streets is designed for sweat enthusiasts of all abilities. That being said, since it is a running based bootcamp, it is not recommended for anyone with an injury that prevents them from running.

Dress in appropriate athletic attire and wear comfortable running shoes. Water bottles or hydration belts are encouraged.

$80 for 8 sessions
$50 for 4 sessions
$15 per drop-in

Registration may be paid by cash or cheque.
